Resolution Inplant Services was established by three longtime associates, Scott C., C. Nemeth, and Dan Ransom in the early months of the year 1998. Our goal? Establish a specialized team focused on industrial inkjet solutions for the production and packaging industries. And that’s just what we did!
In our first year of business, RESOLUTION became the sole national provider for MN JET PRINTER SERVICES Inc., delivering a complete range of parts and repairs for Domino-brand inkjet systems.

A year after, our team became an official supplier for EBS INKJET GmbH, broadening our expertise. In the year 2008, EBS GmbH established an branch in Libertyville, IL, and EBS USA came into existence. Drawing from our service experience, alongside the extremely high quality of EBS printing technology, we secured a role to make EBS-brand printers the dominant name in modern inkjet printers.
As all industry professionals know, printer fluids are the core element of all industrial inkjet machines. In the year 2016, Resolution Inplant Services became the Canadian distributor for ARMOR-IIMAK inks, solvent solutions, and washes. With ARMOR-IIMAK, our team provides the best compatible ink solutions for various Domino-brand, Videojet-brand, Willett-brand, Imaje-brand, and Lynx inkjet printers.
In 2004, Mr. Ransom concluded his tenure, and the organization has continued to expand under the management of Scott Chomos and C. Nemeth.
