RESOLUTION INPLANT was formed by three industry veterans, Scott Chomos, Chris Nemeth, and Dan Ransom in the early months of 1998. Our objective? Build a service group focused on industrial inkjet solutions for the industrial and labeling industries. And that’s just what we did!
In our first year of business, our company secured a position as the exclusive authorized partner for MN Jet Printer Services, providing a comprehensive selection of maintenance and spare parts for Domino-brand inkjet systems.

A following year, the company was recognized as an official supplier for EBS Inkjet, expanding our reach. In the year 2008, EBS opened an office in Libertyville, Illinois, and EBS USA was officially launched. Drawing from our industry knowledge, combined with the outstanding performance of EBS printing technology, we positioned itself to make EBS-brand printers the leading name in contemporary inkjet technology.
As all inkjet customers know, inks and solvents are the essential component of all industrial inkjet machines. In 2016, Resolution Inplant Services was appointed as the official provider for Armor-IIMAK inks, make-ups, and washes. With ARMOR-IIMAK, our team offers the top-quality compatible ink solutions for various Domino-brand, Videojet, Willett, Imaje, and Lynx-brand printers.
In 2004, D. Ransom stepped down, and the organization has continued to expand with the guidance of Mr. Chomos and C. Nemeth.
