Resolution Inplant Services was formed by three long-time colleagues, S. Chomos, C. Nemeth, and Daniel Ransom in the early months of 1998. Our mission? Create a dedicated company specializing in inkjet products for the manufacturing and labeling fields. And that’s exactly what we did!
In our initial year of business, RESOLUTION secured a position as the exclusive Canadian distributor for MN JET PRINTER SERVICES Inc., offering a complete supply of parts and repairs for Domino-brand inkjet systems.

A year after, RESOLUTION secured its place as an accredited supplier for EBS INKJET GmbH, broadening our expertise. In the year 2008, EBS GmbH launched an headquarters in Libertyville, IL, and EBS USA was born. Leveraging our industry knowledge, paired with the extremely high quality of EBS printing technology, RESOLUTION is in the position to make EBS Inkjet the leading name in modern inkjet printers.
As all inkjet customers know, inks and solvents are the essential component of all industrial inkjet machines. In 2016, RESOLUTION secured a partnership as the Canadian distributor for ARMOR IIMAK printing fluids, solvent solutions, and cleaning agents. With ARMOR-IIMAK, we provides the best compatible ink solutions for a wide range of Domino-brand, Videojet industrial, Willett-brand, Imaje-brand, and Lynx-brand printers.
In 2004, Mr. Ransom retired, and the organization has continued to expand with the guidance of S. Chomos and Chris Nemeth.
